Meet Dr. Chris Cramer, DDS MS MBA
Native to North Texas, I worked as a mechanical engineer for Motorola before returning to school at Baylor College of Dentistry in downtown Dallas where I earned a doctor of dental surgery degree, masters of science in oral biology, and certificate in orthodontics. I was honored to receive the prestigious Harry Sicher Research Award, one of the top two highest orthodontic research awards in all of the United States and Canada for my masters research on speeding up tooth movement. I am currently the President-Elect for the Texas Association of Orthodontics where we strive to guide our profession into the future.
I believe it’s important to stay on the cutting edge of orthodontics. To this end, I achieved board certification by the American Board of Orthodontics (a distinction only 1 out of 4 orthodontists achieve) and I attend numerous hours of continuing education to stay informed of the latest orthodontic treatment methods. Yes, this takes a lot of hard work, but your smile is worth it!
My Home Life
I am married to the love of my life, Kelley, and we have beautiful twin daughters Courtney and Kerry who keep us busy with cheerleading, dance, and all of the usual teenage activities. In my spare time, you might find me on my road bicycle, woodworking in the garage, or spending time with my family.
